Welcome
Hey, it's Lee, and welcome.
Finding therapists can be a mysterious and daunting task, even for a therapist.
I hope this will be a helpful resource for Canadians
in how to find a therapist and where to find one.
I hope we all can shift our thinking of mental health to one of pathology,
to one of executive functioning, finding our own compassion, empathy, self love.
We need leaders more than ever on this, and to protect our neuro-development.
Thanks and May the Force be with you.
Lee Park, Psychotherapist, RCT 25-002, MA, BHons.
